3M Tegaderm - Hydrocolloid Dressing

3M Tegaderm - Hydrocolloid Dressing is a waterproof hydrocolloid dressing that is impermeable to liquids, bacteria, and viruses.  Ideal for dermal ulcers, superficial wounds, abrasions, burns, and donor sites. Wear up to 7 days.

The inner layer absorbs exudate (drainage) faster than other hydrocolloids, usually within the first 48 hours. The outer layer is breathable and quickly releases moisture vapor.  This ensures the perfect mixture of oxygen and moisture, providing the wound with ideal conditions for rapid healing. For moderate to heavy exudate wounds. Sterile. Latex free.

The oval dressing has a border that goes around the edge of the dressing, the overall dimensions of the oval are 4" x 4 3/4". However, the inner pad measures 3 1/2" x 2 3/4".
